Shipping and Delivery Policy

We are committed to delivering your order safely, securely, and as quickly as possible across India.

We ship pan-India to most pincodes, including remote and rural areas.
Delivery to certain remote, hilly, or restricted pincodes (e.g., North-East states, islands, or areas with limited courier connectivity) may take longer or require pickup from the nearest courier hub at the customer’s convenience.
We currently do not ship to international destinations or to addresses where airguns face local restrictions (buyer responsible for compliance).

Free Shipping on all orders above ₹[15,000 / 20,000] (threshold shown at checkout; excludes any applicable taxes or add-ons).
For orders below the free shipping threshold: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and courier partner (typically ₹[150–500] for standard orders).
All payments must be made in advance via available online methods (UPI, cards, net banking, etc.). We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.
Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of cancellation after processing/shipment.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–5 business days (Monday–Saturday), depending on product availability, order verification (if required), and payment confirmation.
Pre-order/custom items may have longer dispatch times (mentioned on product page).
Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or after 3 PM IST may be processed the next business day.
We make every effort to dispatch promptly, but peak seasons, stock issues, or verification delays may extend this.

Most orders are delivered within 7–15 working days from dispatch (using surface courier partners like Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, or India Post for remote areas).
Metro cities / major towns: Usually 5–10 days.
Tier-2/3 cities and rural areas: 10–20 days.
India Post / remote pincode deliveries: Up to 25–30 days in some cases.
These are estimated times only. Actual delivery may vary due to courier performance, weather, festivals, strikes, force majeure, or address issues.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs (for imported items), or external factors.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
Track your order on our website (under “My Account” > “Track Order”) or directly on the courier’s website.
For any tracking issues, contact us with your Order ID.

All airguns, rifles, pistols, scopes, and accessories are packed securely with bubble wrap, foam, cardboard reinforcement, and outer corrugated boxes to prevent damage during transit.
Fragile items (e.g., scopes, moderators) receive extra protection.
We do not ship pressurized CO2 cylinders or filled PCP tanks (buyer to arrange local filling if applicable).

Couriers attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.
If undelivered (wrong address, unavailable recipient, refused), the parcel returns to us. Return shipping + re-shipping charges will apply if re-attempt requested.
Unclaimed parcels after 7–10 days may be treated as abandoned (no refund).

Buyer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address (including landmark, alternate contact).
For high-value orders or airguns, we may require ID/address proof before dispatch (for compliance).
Airguns are sensitive items — inspect the package upon receipt. Report damage immediately (within 48 hours) with photos for claims.
We are not liable for loss/damage after handover to courier (claims handled via courier insurance where applicable).
