1. Are airguns legal to buy and own in India without a license?

Yes, airguns (air rifles, pistols, etc.) in .177 caliber (4.5 mm) with muzzle energy below 20 joules are legal to buy, own, and use without any firearm license under the Arms Act and Arms Rules 2016. Higher-power models (>20 joules) or larger calibers (.22, .25, etc.) may require licensing and are treated as firearms — we do not sell such items. Buyers must be 18+ years old and comply with local state/municipal laws (some areas have additional restrictions). You are responsible for ensuring legal use in your area. We may request basic ID proof for high-value or certain orders for compliance.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. We may ask for age/ID verification (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.) during order processing for certain products.

Yes, we ship pan-India to most pincodes, including remote/rural areas (via surface couriers like Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, or India Post). Delivery to North-East states, islands, or very remote pincodes may take longer (up to 20–30 days) or require self-pickup from the nearest hub.

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹20,000 (check at checkout).
  • Below that: ₹150–650 (weight/destination-based).
  • Processing & dispatch: 1–5 business days.
  • Delivery estimates: 7–15 working days for most areas (5–10 in metros, longer in remote places). Times are estimates only — delays can occur due to courier issues, weather, festivals, etc. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time — all payments are prepaid (UPI, cards, net banking).

Once dispatched, you’ll get a tracking number via email/SMS/WhatsApp. Track it on our website (“My Account” > “Track Order”) or the courier’s site. Contact us if you face issues.

  • Cancellation allowed only within 24 hours of order placement (if not yet processed/shipped). Email us with Order ID.
  • Full refund (minus gateway fees, if any) for eligible cancellations.
  • No cancellation after dispatch.
  • Returns/exchanges only for manufacturing defects/wrong item (report within 48 hours with photos). Most items (especially airguns, pellets) are non-returnable once opened/used for safety/hygiene reasons. See our full Cancellation and Refund Policy for details.

We pack airguns and accessories securely with bubble wrap, foam inserts, cardboard protection, and strong outer boxes to prevent transit damage. Fragile items (scopes, moderators) get extra care. We do not ship filled PCP tanks or pressurized CO2 cylinders — arrange local refilling.

We accept all major prepaid options: UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, etc. (via secure gateway). No COD currently.

Yes, we offer genuine imported and Indian brands. All products comply with Indian legal limits (<20 joules, .177 cal where applicable). Check product specs for exact details.

No, we do not accept returns/exchanges for “change of mind” once the order is dispatched (due to the nature of airguns and accessories). Exceptions only for proven defects/wrong item shipped — must report within 48 hours.

Inspect the package immediately on delivery. Report any damage/defect within 48 hours via email with photos/videos of the item, packaging, and issue (include Order ID). We’ll arrange replacement (if in stock) or refund at our discretion. Return shipping borne by us if fault is ours.

Most airguns come with manufacturer warranty (6–12 months typical, varies by brand). Warranty covers manufacturing defects only (not misuse, wear, or improper handling). Contact us with proof of purchase for warranty claims.
