Cancellation and Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best experience, but due to the nature of airguns, pellets, accessories, and related products, our policy is strict. Please read carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

– You may request cancellation **only within 24 hours** of placing the order (from the time payment is successful).

– Cancellation requests must be sent via email to maashardagunhouse@gmail.com or through our website contact/chat/support ticket system, mentioning your **Order ID** and reason.

– If the order has **not yet been processed or shipped**, we will cancel it and issue a **full refund** (minus any payment gateway charges of 2–5%, if applicable).

– **No cancellation is allowed** once the order is dispatched / handed over to the courier. We will consider the order confirmed and non-cancellable at that stage.

– Orders for **custom-engraved**, **personalized**, or **made-to-order** items are **non-cancellable** and **non-refundable** from the moment of purchase.

2. Refunds

– Refunds (when eligible) will be processed to the **original payment method** within **5–10 working days** after cancellation approval.

– Refunds may take longer (up to 15–30 days) depending on your bank/card issuer.

– We do **not** offer cash-on-delivery refunds in cash; they will be processed via bank transfer/UPI to the registered account.

– **No partial refunds** for change of mind after shipment.

 3. Returns and Exchanges

– **Airguns, rifles, pistols, scopes, moderators, and most accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable** once dispatched, except in cases of **manufacturing defects** or **wrong/defective item shipped**.

– **Pellets, CO2 cartridges, targets, and consumables** are **strictly non-returnable** once the seal/packaging is opened (for hygiene and safety reasons).

– If you receive a **damaged**, **defective**, or **incorrect item**:

  – Report it within **48 hours** of delivery with photos/videos of the product, packaging, and issue.

  – Send to maashardagunhouse@gmail.com with Order ID.

  – We will arrange a **replacement** (subject to stock) or **refund** (at our discretion) only if the claim is valid.

  – Return shipping cost will be borne by us if the fault is ours; otherwise, customer pays.

– All returned items must be **unused**, in **original packaging**, with all tags/labels intact, and accompanied by invoice.

– We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of use, tampering, or missing accessories.

4. Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items

– Sale/discount items, gift cards, digital products (if any), and personalized items are **non-refundable**.

– Shipping/handling charges are **non-refundable** in all cases.

– In case of **force majeure**, courier delays, or customs issues (for imported items), no cancellation/refund will be entertained beyond the initial 24-hour window.
