  • All airguns sold are non-license models (≤ .177 caliber / 4.5mm bore and ≤20 joules muzzle energy) as per Arms Rules 2016. No firearm license is required for these products.
  • For certain purchases, we may require KYC/ID proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, etc.) and address proof for verification and compliance.

2. Products and Orders

  • All products are subject to availability.
  • Prices are in INR, inclusive of GST (unless stated otherwise), and subject to change.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g., due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud).
  • Images/descriptions are for illustration; actual products may vary slightly.

3. Payment

  • We accept [list methods: UPI, cards, net banking, COD if offered].
  • Full payment is required before dispatch (except COD).
  • All transactions are secure via third-party gateways.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India (subject to local laws and restrictions).
  • Delivery time: 5–15 working days (varies by location).
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  • Risk passes to you upon handover to the carrier.
  • We are not liable for delays due to force majeure or customs issues.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Returns accepted only for defective/damaged/wrong items within [e.g., 7 days] of delivery.
  • Airguns/products are non-returnable if used or for change-of-mind (hygiene/safety reasons).
  • Refunds processed within [e.g., 7–10 days] to original payment method.
  • Cancellation: Possible before dispatch; contact us immediately.

6. Warranties & Liability

  • Products carry manufacturer warranties (if any). We provide after-sales support.
  • We are not liable for misuse, improper handling, or injury from products.
  • Use products responsibly and in compliance with local laws.

7. Prohibited Use You agree not to:
